I just got back from 3 days of parkour/free running in Paris (MASSIVE thanks to Trish Evans from Trace for organising and setting it all up for us!) with the Urban Revolution guys and friends. There was a lot of jumping, climbing, swimming, walking, shooting and drinking…overall an excellent trip!
